A person, in consideration for his/her acceptance as a member/guest of The DALLAS METRO REIA, hereby releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify The DALLAS METRO REIA, its officers, directors, volunteers, members, guests, employees, agents, contractors, speakers and vendors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions or communications made by The DALLAS METRO REIA or its officers, directors, volunteers, members, guests, employees, contractors, agents, speakers and vendors in or through their respective capacities with The DALLAS METRO REIA.

Members/Guests agree to comply with the Code of Ethics and the By-Laws of The DALLAS METRO REIA.

No implied endorsements or warranties of products, persons, literature or ideas presented at any meetings or in any email or online discussion board activity of The DALLAS METRO REIA by its members, guests or speakers are made by The DALLAS METRO REIA, its officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors. Any literature which may be distributed during meetings or any email or online discussion board activity of The DALLAS METRO REIA have not been reviewed or approved in advance by The DALLAS METRO REIA.

All DALLAS METRO REIA members and guests are encouraged to do their own research and due diligence regarding ideas and concepts obtained at The DALLAS METRO REIA meetings or through any email or online discussion board activity.

Applicant agrees and acknowledges that The DALLAS METRO REIA may enforce these codes, terms, rules and regulations at its sole and absolute discretion and may terminate any membership at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Consultation with appropriate professional advisors is highly recommended by The DALLAS METRO REIAprior to the implementation of any ideas or concepts obtained at its meetings.

Members and guests agree not to market any classes, training, coaching or mentoring to other members or guests of the The DALLAS METRO REIA. If this provision is violated, The DALLAS METRO REIA will terminate your membership.
